As parents, our family's wellbeing and happiness means everything. The daily pressures and stressors, however, can make us feel overwhelmed and disconnected - parents and children alike. Ample of research has shown that - by introducing simple mindfulness practices into your family's life - can bring some peace, presence, calm and deeper connection into your family.
