As the seasons shift and the light begins to soften, you are warmly invited to gather in circle to honour the autumn equinox, a time of balance, reflection, and gentle release.

This circle is an opportunity to slow down, tend to your inner world, and be held in the presence of other women through movement, stillness, creativity and shared ritual.

Autumn Through a Seasonal Lens

It is a season that invites us to gently let go of what is no longer needed, to refine what truly matters, and to come home to ourselves after the outward energy of summer.

The practices in this circle, restorative yoga, meditation, creative reflection and sharing are intentionally chosen to align with this seasonal energy of slowing, releasing and restoring. They can help cultivate clarity, emotional balance and a sense of inner spaciousness.

The Wisdom of Living Seasonally

Many ancient cultures speak of the importance of living in rhythm with nature’s cycles, reminding us that when we honour seasonal shifts, we support our nervous systems, hormones and overall wellbeing.

Rather than pushing against our natural rhythms, seasonal living invites us to listen more closely, to our bodies, our emotions and our inner wisdom, and to allow life to ebb and flow as it is meant to.

This circle offers a space to reconnect with these natural cycles, creating a pause from the constant “doing” and a return to being, presence and embodied awareness.

Why Gather at the Equinox

The autumn equinox marks a moment of balance between light and dark, offering a potent opportunity to reflect on what we are carrying forward and what we are ready to release.

Gathering in circle at this threshold allows us to honour this transition together, through movement, stillness, creativity, storytelling and shared presence, grounding us as we move into the quieter months ahead.

What to Expect

In this circle we will:

  • Move through a gentle, restorative yoga and meditation practice (very gentle, accessible to all)

  • Reflect with journal prompts to explore your connection to this season

  • Share in a timed circle to release old stories and be seen, heard and held
